Dunhill Desire for a Man by Alfred Dunhill was launched in 2000 for men. Designed to attract attention with its dramatic red flacon, Desire for a Man is a confident fragrance with dazzling citrus notes. Settling upon a wood and patchouli heart with a musky base, this composition is aimed at a youthful man. The nose behind this fragrance is Michel Almairac.
Dunhill is a British design house founded by Alfred Dunhill after he took over his father's saddlery business in 1893. Beginning with accessories for luxury vehicles and moving onto men's leather goods, Dunhill branched out to the tobacco industry in 1907 developing the first lighter that could be operated with one hand - the Rollagas butane lighter. To date, Dunhill has only launched one fragrance for women and an additional 32 for men with the first produced in 1934.
