This unique name was created by Lacoste to mimic its iconic polo shirt. the 'L' represents Lacoste while the first 1 and 2 represent the Petit Pique material and the 2 short sleeves with the final 12 denoting the number of prototypes made of the polo before the final product. L. 12.12 White is the purest of this line intending to be utilized for daytime and emulate a classic and simplistic profile.
