Bijan by Bijan for men was launched in 1981 and then re-launched in 1987. This fragrance boosts a harmonious accord of notes from woody to oriental and even floral and fresh beginning with lavender, musk, lemon and sage moving to a heart of iris, cinnamon, and honey and finishing with rosemary, leather, and vanilla among others for a true orchestral masterpiece. Bijan is the 1988 FiFi award winner - an awards ceremony known as the Oscars of the fragrance industry.

Bijan Pakzad is a Persian menswear fashion designer coming to the US in 1973 and opening a boutique men's store in Beverly Hills that currently boasts as one of the most expensive stores in the world having clothed passed presidents from Ronald Reagan to Barack Obama. In 1987 Bijan tried his way into the fragrance industry having won a FiFi award for his very first fragrance for men. He has since launched over 20 perfumes. The Bijan brand is currently run by his business partner and children.
